Rat's Country: Whenever I come to a one-way street...

I only had one new poem in the month of August: "Dwelling on Myself." This morning I found myself pulling off to the side of the road about halfway between Mendocino and Booneville because a couple of lines came to me. In the meantime I'm filling in with journal excerpts, finding that the habit of writing and posting feels really, really good.
